There is a saying that “information is power”.  HRMS provides transparency and employees can access information anytime from anywhere.    Employees know what they do online and employees can also see the outcome of their action online.   They can transact manythings online like leave request, OD request, tax declaration, Reimbursement salary claim, travel request, expenses claim and NOC clearance online.  There is no paper movement and hence no need to carry it from one table to another.  Everything happens online and employees can view the status online.
