Organisation Design is a fulcrum of the entire management system of any organisation. The entire organisation structure is configurable from the front end as per client need. In HR parlance it is called “masters” and in all the other modules of GB HERMES, these masters will be available as drop down and employees are compulsorily mapped to any one of these masters.

Employee Category:
Client can configure based on the employee categories they have such as:
1.Probationer
2.Permanent
3.FTC
4.Consultant
5.Daily Wage
There is also a facility to create Daily wage as employee category against whom the daily wages will be mapped in payroll. Their monthly wages will be worked out based on the number of days they have physically worked.

Workflow Setting & Email Configuration
Each module where online approval process in addition immediate superior is being required, there is a facility to set work flow and email configuration. As per the work flow approval, mails and alerts will go to the respective officer.
Work flow setting is currently available in the following major HR processes where cross functional approvals are required.
Recruitment – New manpower approval where multiple approvals are required like Dept Head, HR Head, SBU Head, CEO.
Travel request & claim Where multiple levels of people are involved in the whole process like Superior approving the request, Admin processing tickets, Accounts processing payments, etc.
Exit – Where multiple levels are involved in giving clearance (NOC) by Line Manager, Location Head, HR Head, Accounts, IT, Admin, BH, etc.
